- Seamless Enrollment: Simply provide your contact details and onboard to our Customer Portal. This will serve as your online account with Creva, where you can access all your invoices, quotes, and credit notes generated through the referral programme.

How the Program Works
- Earn Rewards: Get a 3% credit on sales made by your customers when they use your unique referral code.
- Referral Code: You’ll receive your unique referral code either when a customer wishes to purchase crop protection products or when you make your first purchase and join the referral program.
- Customer Purchases: Provide your unique referral code to your customers. They can complete their purchase on the Durapak website, and the referral code will be captured, adding 3% of the sale to your account.

We are offering you a competitive price on crop protection products, in line with Creva’s B2B business model and based on volume discounting per pallet. We also understand the challenges that silage season brings to contractors. We want to ensure you are covered with your own stock for freelance contract work, but we also want you to have the option to encourage your customers to place their own order for quality crop protection products. With this, we also want to reward you for any purchases made for crop protection products by your customers.
Your reward is 3% of the sales to your customers as a credit in your account, when they use your unique referral code. Their reward is 3% off the RRP. Your referral code will be provided as soon as one of your customers wish to purchase crop protection products and you are contacted to join the referral program, or you make your first purchase and are onboarded to the customer portal.
For your customers who wish to purchase their own crop protection product for use by you, the contractor, you will supply them with your unique referral code and they then complete their purchase on the Durapak website. The referral code will be captured in the sale and 3% of that sale will be added to your account.
We offer competitive pricing on crop protection products and providing volume discounts on pallet orders. We understand the demands of the silage season and aim to support you with your own stock for freelance contract work.
- A minimum order quantity of one pallet of crop protection products is required. Upon this being met, you will be offered to join our referral program.
- You may also be onboarded if a customer wishes to purchase crop protection products and name you as their contractor.
- You can redeem your credit at any point, by logging into your account and entering a helpdesk ticket requesting to redeem your credit. Once redeemed, you will be issued a credit note and you will need to use this credit within 60 days. Please note that the credit has no cash value and no monies will be provided, only a credit note redeemable against crop protection products listed on the Durapak website.
- Your store credit can be redeemed within 18 months of being provided and can only be redeemed against other crop protection products.
- Any balances not used within the 18 months, will expire and will no longer be available for use. You can view your balance through the Customer Portal.
- Creva will provide 30 days credit at their own discretion. A 3rd party company used by Creva, will be given your information for the purpose of ensuring we have adequate measures in place to guarantee payment. Where credit is not offered, payment in full will be required prior to a sales order confirmation being provided.
- Orders placed through the Durapak website by your customers, must have the referral code added and Creva International cannot be held responsible for and referral codes entered incorrectly at the time of the sale. Please note that referral codes can not be added to an order retrospectively.
You will be continuously supported by our sales and customer service team. Any queries or issues encountered with orders placed, will need to be communicated through the Customer Portal by means of logging a helpdesk ticket. The customer service team will assist you with resetting passwords or any general support queries.

By purchasing through the Durapak website, or by a customer placing an order using your unique referral code, you agree that we may share your personal information, such as your name, address, and email, with selected third parties necessary for the fulfillment of your or the customer’s order. The purpose of sharing this information includes but is not limited to, facilitating shipping of purchased goods, processing payments, providing customer support, and facilitating the referral program.
We ensure all third parties adhere to strict data protection and privacy standards comparable to ours. You have the right at any time to request information about the personal data we hold on you and request correction or deletion of any inaccuracies.
